4Emails You Receive From Us
Depending on what you request, we send you: your indicative premium estimate, renewal reminders, verification codes, and confirmation messages. Emails are delivered through a third-party email delivery provider that processes messages on our instructions.
5Documents You Upload
Policy documents, OR/CR files, police reports, and photos are stored in private storage — they cannot be accessed just by knowing a file address. They are only viewable by authorized OneNetworx staff, through links that expire a few minutes after being opened. Permanent document links are never included in emails.
6Who Can Access Your Records
Customer records (quotes, renewals, claims) are restricted: only authorized OneNetworx staff with administrator access can view or manage them. Public visitors can only submit forms — they can never browse other customers' information on this site.
7Sharing Your Information
- Service providers: our website host and email delivery provider process data on our behalf to operate this site.
- Insurers: when you ask us to secure an actual quotation or help with a claim, we share the details needed with the relevant insurance company.
